I covered the gamut of creative while working on the OnStar account at Campbell Ewald. I designed and executed social posts, art directed photo and video shoots for OnStar member stories and designed and animated feature images for CRM emails.
It was a challenge trying to showcase an invisible service like OnStar—it’s something that users only activate when they truly need help on the road. But there was also a lot of creative freedom in designing concepts that engaged users in unique ways while still aligning with the “Always On” brand ethos.
